
Register at eRekrutacja during an active intake, pay non-refundable 85 PLN (150 PLN for Architecture) application fee and submit scans of entry documents (issued in English or Polish or translated into English or Polish by the sworn translator + original language version):
1. Secondary School / Matriculation Certificate entitling you to apply for Bachelor's degree in a country where the certificate was awarded.
2. Statement of marks with an official grading scale. Optional: state examination grades, entitling them to undertake studies in the country of issue.
3. High School Diploma Recognition issued by
- Polish Education Boards (Kuratorium Oświaty)
- NAWA (Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange): Recognition Statement On a Secondary Education Certificate issued by NAWA Director, online via SYRENA system. If high school certificate is issued in other language than: English, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Ukrainian or Belarusian sworn translation into Polish is required (find sworn translation at the official governmental website).
Secondary Degree Certificates which are EXEMPTED from the recognition procedure: issued by China (only gaozhong biye zhengshu), Ukraine and EU, EEA , EFTA or OECD member states, International Baccalaureate Diploma, European Baccalaureate Diploma. This rule concerns the following states: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Chile, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, South Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland), USA.
4. Legalization / Apostille made at Secondary School / Matriculation Certificate – the validation of the document for international usage.
If the certificate was issued by the country which is a part to The Haque Convention – that means you need to provide Apostille, otherwise a legalization stamp by the Embassy of Republic of Poland in the country where the certificate was issued or Consul of your country in Poland. This is important to start the legalization procedure as soon as possible, in order not to miss the admission deadlines (regular admission - till 10th July, additional admission - till 9th September).

8. Mathematics entrance examination - regards specific group of candidates.

11. (Optional) Documents confirming outstanding achievements: a competition/olympiad winning or being a laureate of Olympic Games, World Championships, European Championships, Polish Championships, Polish Cup in individual disciplines and that you have an international championship class (MM class) or a championship class (M class) or a first class (I class).
A complete set of entry documents as the original paper version is expected to be submitted after your arrival to Gdańsk during Registration Week.
Entry documents for foreign Candidates graduating from a Polish secondary school
1. Secondary School Certificate (świadectwo dojrzałości) / Polish Matura exam.
2. International English Certificate confirming English proficiency at least B2 level (list of certificates mentioned above).
3. Photo (passport format).
4. (Optional) Document confirming professional qualifications or professional diploma if you have graduated from a Polish technikum.
5. (Optional) Regards only candidates for Architecture: Entrance Exam - Architectural aptitute test.
