Administrative decisions on admission and non-admission

Please be advised that decisions regarding non-admission to doctoral school due to failure to meet formal requirements, obtaining a negative grade during the interview or not to fit within the limit, will be sent electronically (if permission has been given) to unqualified candidates by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt in September.

Any applications for re-examination of the case by the rector may be submitted only after confirmation of receipt of the negative decision by the candidate. The basis of the application can only be formal deficiencies in the recruitment process.

Any appeals against the outcome of the admissions process generated from the enrollment system (based on the lists published in the system and our webpage) and sent to us without previous confirmation of receipt of the formal negative administrative decision, where justification is given, won't be considered.

Positive decisions for foreigners will be issued upon the candidate's arrival at the university and delivery of original documents previously submitted in the scan copies.
In accordance with applicable regulations administrative decisions for doctoral students of Polish citizenship admitted to the school will not be issued. These candidates will be entered on the list of doctoral students and exported to the university portal Moja.PG supporting doctoral students
