Dear PhD students
We would like to inform you that on 15 November 2023, Regulation of the Rector of Gdańsk University of Technology No. 49/2023 on: filing and delivery letters recorded in electronic form, including administrative decisions in cases of removal from the list of doctoral students was issued.
From 20 December 2023, Gdańsk University of Technology will only use the university’s ICT system - the university’s Moja PG system, in order to enable the filing and delivery of digitally recorded letters in cases of dismissal from the list of doctoral students (notices, administrative decisions of the first and second instance, administrative provisions and documents on the part of the PhD student a.o. applications for re-examination of the case).
As of this date, the filing and delivery of letters in the aforementioned cases will be made exclusively in the University’s ICT system - the University’s Moja PG system.
Technical support for the process is provided by the Helpdesk team.
