[Update 29.01.2024] [1-st-year PhD students] Semestral report for the winter semester 2023/2024 | Gdańsk University of Technology

Please be informed that PhD students who began their training in a. y. 2023/2024 (1st-year PhD students), must complete the semestral Report on the course of research work / training at the Doctoral School referring to their 1st semester of training.

[Update 29.01.2024] The report has been automatically assigned by the Doctoral School Office to accounts of first semester PhD students.

Transferring, obtaining signatures of decision makers, and approving documents at the Doctoral School is conducted in the MojaPG system -> Student -> eDocuments.

NOTE! Instructions for using the eDocuments (forms) for circulation of documents - from the doctoral student's side -> in the tab  For PhD students > Download materials > Templates (access after logging in)

Please use the English version of the interface while completing the eDocument. The report template to be attached to the eDocument is available in word format on the school's website, in the tab: Download materials > Templates It should be completed electronically in English, attached to the eDocument in pdf format and the signatures indicated in the template will be collected electronically in mojaPG system.

Required deadlines for forms:

• filling in the eDocuments in the system and attaching the required files to them - until February 16
• approval in the system by supervisors - until February 23
• approval of eDocuments in the system by discipilne coordinators - until February 29 ​​​​
