Registration for those wishing to submit a paper or poster is open until June 9. This year, attendees will have the opportunity to submit up to 70 panels in a variety of scientific fields (registration for panel organizers is now closed).

Registration

The 4th Congress of Young Science is a unique opportunity for young scientists to present the results of their research, to share their theses with others and to make valuable scientific contacts. The event is international and multidisciplinary in nature. It brings together a variety of scientific fields.

Below some of the most essential information for those interested in participating in the Young Science Congress.

• Participants submitting an application form must include an abstract in .docx and .pdf format. The abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific chairs of the panels and can be presented during the panel at the Congress of Young Science;

• One fee entitles you to submit a total of 3 papers and/or posters.

After the Congress, participants will have the opportunity to publish their post-conference articles in "Progress. Journal of Young Researchers", which has been published by the University of Gdańsk since 2016. The journal is aimed at young researchers, students, and doctoral students.

Participation is free for the first 20 doctoral students of the Gdańsk University of Technology. The cost of participation is PLN 380, but it will be possible to apply for support from the co-financing program for scientific events. This fee includes conference materials, full board, and the possibility to participate in all planned events.
