HR4R Strategy for 2022-2025 - announced
On 18 November 2022, the Rector of Gdańsk Tech introduced the HR4R Strategy for 2022-2025 (RR 74/2022). The strategy includes a plan of nearly 30 actions for the scientific community and Gdańsk Tech employees, along with a schedule for their implementation. It also indicates people and units responsible for introducing changes and defines action indicators.
The current Strategy is the result of cooperation and commitment of about 500 employees and doctoral students of our University. It includes the following:
- continuation of Gdańsk Tech HR4R Strategy from 2019-2022,
- activities proposed on the basis of barriers identified in a survey conducted at our University by the Team monitoring the conditions of development and research conducted by young researchers, working under the leadership of Tomasz Majchrzak, PhD, Eng.,
- activities resulting from numerous meetings with various groups of employees - representatives of academic teachers, young researchers, administration, managers and administrative directors, as well as HR employees and decision-making bodies of the University.
Implementation and monitoring the correctness of implementation of the assumptions of the Charter and Code for Researchers at Gdańsk Tech are supervised by university teams, managed by Prof. Dariusz Mikielewicz, the Vice-Rector for Organization and Development and Prof. Sławomir Milewski, the Vice-Rector for Scientific Research.
