Gdańsk Tech Faculty of Applied Physics and Mathematics invites students and doctoral students to join QUEUE I summer school, which will start on September 26th. Applications are accepted until Sunday, September 11th. The number of places is limited.

As part of the "ScienceApp" project, the Faculty of Applied Physics and Mathematics prepared a series of eight thematic summer schools for 1st and 2nd-degree students and PhD students from abroad. As part of the next recruitment, which will last until September 11th, interested students and doctoral students can register for the QUEUE I summer school, which will start on September 26th. The program of the event may be especially interesting to young scientists and students who want to learn the basics and progress in quantum ideas and methodologies, as well as their practical applications in chemistry, electrochemistry, and materials science. The summer school program will also include additional activities related to the culture and history of Gdańsk.

Scholarships

Fifteen summer school participants (international students or/and doctoral students) who will take part in in-person classes organized on the Gdańsk Tech campus, will receive a scholarship to cover travel and accommodation costs in the amount of PLN 2,000. The special committee will decide on the candidate’s admission and award of the scholarship. Decision criterias are: field of study, study cycle (Ph.D. and graduate students are favored due to their level of expertise) and motivation letter.

Registration

To enroll in the summer school, you must complete the REGISTRATION FORM. Applications are accepted until Sunday, September 11th.
