Actinium scholarship program - open call

We invite students of 1st and 2nd degree studies admitted to the first year of studies at Gdańsk University of Technology from the winter semester of the 2022/2023 academic year to participate in the Actinium Supporting Most Talented Candidates scholarship program. The deadline for submitting applications is November 14th, 2022.

The Actinium Supporting Most Talented Candidates program is an element of the implementation of the tasks of the IDUB program in the field of improving the quality of education for students and doctoral students, in particular in the fields and disciplines related to priority research areas (PRA) of the university, Action III.3. Improving the admission system for studies in order to attract the best candidates.

The aim of the program is to increase the effectiveness of Gdańsk University of Technology in competing for the most talented candidates for studies in the fields related to the subjects of PRA Centers. The way to achieve the goal are scholarships based on the achievements from the previous stage of education for particularly gifted students starting full-time 1st or 2nd cycle studies at Gdańsk University of Technology.


Budget and terms of project implementation

  • The scholarship in the ACTINIUM program amounts to PLN 1 000 per month and is granted for a period of 10 months.


Who can apply?

Funds under the Program are awarded through a competition. The competition is open to first-cycle and second-cycle students admitted to the first year of studies at Gdańsk University of Technology from the winter semester of the academic year 2022/2023.


How to apply?

  • The call for applications runs from October 14th to November 14th 2022 at 11:59 p.m.
  • Applications and documentation should be submitted electronically to the address: actinium@pg.edu.pl to the Student Affairs Office.
  • Applications should be sent from the student account (@student.pg.edu.pl).
