TopMinds 2023 mentoring program - open call
TopMinds is a mentoring program that opens the door to an international career for young Polish scientists and scientists. So far, there have been five editions of the program, which have already been used by almost 175 young people as well as their mentors.
Who is this program for?
To participate in TopMinds 2023, the organizers invite students of the last year of master's studies who are planning their career in the field of science and people preparing doctoral dissertations at Polish universities or scientific and research institutions. Applications from people who stand out in the field of science, full of passion and ambition, who put not only success in the academic environment, but also continuous development are welcome.
Why is it worth it?
The TopMinds program is a mentoring based on building relationships, an individual approach and the transfer of knowledge and experience. That is why each and every participant has a unique opportunity to fulfill himself under the supervision of one of the scientists, experts and experts cooperating with us, representing various fields of science and culture - graduates of the Fulbright and Top 500 Innovators programs. The uniqueness and effectiveness of this approach is confirmed by the participants themselves. In the coming year, participants will also receive training on topics such as copyright in science and scientific data management.
The TopMinds program allows you to gain knowledge, strengthen key competences, expand your network of contacts and learn about good practices under the supervision of outstanding specialists and specialists. The partners of this year's edition are: Częstochowa University of Technology - the oldest and largest university in the Częstochowa region with over 70 years of tradition, and Visnea - a team of international experts who comprehensively support scientists and academia in conducting research projects, managing R&D works or developing academic entrepreneurship.
