New opening hours
From November, the International Relations Office invites staff, students and international applicants to visit its office (as well as Welcome Office) in the new opening hours.
From November, International Relations Office, including Welcome Office, will be open for staff, students and international applicants in the following hours:
International Relations Office, building no. 14
- staff: departures / arrivals under the programs: Erasmus+, Europium, Americium, Einsteinium - from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- students: departures for studies and internships under the Erasmus+ program - Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- international applicants for studies: matters related to recruitment - from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Friday is a day closed for admission of staff and students as well as candidates for studies - we thank you in advance for your understanding.
Welcome Office, building no. 11
- staff and students: matters related to the legalization of stay, etc. - from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
