people
We encourage staff and students to read the updated grant allocation rules for the Erasmus+ program.

Gdańsk University of Technology has signed an agreement for the implementation of another project under the Erasmus+ program. Consequently, Professor Janusz Nieznański, Vice-Rector for internationalization and innovation, has signed the new rules for the distribution of the grant awarded to Gdańsk University of Technology for the upcoming academic year. For the 2024/2025 academic years, the university has received over PLN 2 million for staff and student mobility.

* Document in Polish. The English version will be published soon.

The document outlines information including:

  • the amount of scholarships,
  • the amount of travel allowances,
  • the amount of funding for travel under Green Travel.

We especially draw attention to the section "Guidelines for the outgoing Gdańsk Tech staff" at the end of the document, which specifies:

  • the maximum number of training trips staff can undertake per academic year (up to 2 times),
  • the maximum number of language courses that can be included in training trips (up to 1 trip),
  • the deadline for submitting a complete set of documents to the International Relations Office (at least 30 days before the trip),
  • the priority for trips in case of high demand (preference for those who have not previously participated in mobility).

Detailed information regarding the rules for Erasmus+ program trips can be found on the following websites: staff mobility and student mobility. For additional questions, please contact the International Relations Office team and (for students) faculty coordinators - contact list.
