The following procedure applies only to arrivals from partner countries (when Gdańsk Tech pays the scholarship to the incoming employee). In the case of employees coming from program countries, the procedure at the employee's home university applies.
The procedure applies to both arrivals for training purposes, conducting didactic classes and mixed mobility (didactics + training). Depending on the type of arrival - training, didactics, mixed arrival, select the appropriate type of documents to be supplemented (in the case of mixed arrivals, the didactic documents should be completed).
Arrival procedure
The arrival procedure must be completed no later than two weeks before arrival. Follow the procedure in the following order:
1. agree about the possibility of arrival with the home university and the contract coordinator at Gdańsk University of Technology
2. send to malgorzata.swirydo@pg.edu.pl or maria.doerffer@pg.edu.pl a scan of the Mobility Agreement Staff Mobility for Training (training) or Mobility Agreement Staff Mobility for Teaching (didactics) signed by you and your home institution
3. after signing the Mobility Agreement by the Erasmus + university coordinator, the IRO employee prepares a financial agreement between the Gdańsk Tech and the incoming employee. The contract is sent to the incoming employee's e-mail address
4. send a scan of the contract signed by you along with a scan of the insurance policy to the following address: malgorzata.swirydo@pg.edu.pl
6. IRO submits the contract to Gdańsk Tech authorities for signing
6. after signing the contract by the Gdańsk Tech authorities, the incoming employee receives information that he can start the mobility
During the stay
Upon arrival at Gdańsk Tech, employees from partner countries receive a scholarship at the Kwestura's (bursar) cash desk.
Settling the trip
On the last day of stay, the arriving employee may collect a confirmation of stay at Gdańsk Tech from IRO or from the department coordinator. The condition for receiving confirmation for employees from partner countries is that they sign the settlement of the received scholarship in IRO. Each mobility participant is also required to complete an online questionnaire, a link to which will be sent to the employee's e-mail address after the end of their stay at the Gdańsk Tech.
