Before you arrive. General rules.

Did you know that almost 200 international students from Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Belgium, Turkey and many other countries study at Gdańsk University of Technology under the Erasmus+ program? Join them and spend part of your studies at one of the best technical universities in Poland (and what's more - located in beautiful, seaside Gdańsk).

 

Deadlines

Deadlines for online registration for Erasmus+ students are the same every year:

  • June 30th (for the winter semester which starts in October or for the whole academic year)
  • December 15th (for the summer semester which starts in February)


Registration

Students need to register via Moja PG platform (Moja PG is Gdańsk Tech internal platform for students; platform is available in English). All documents need to be uploaded via Moja PG platform.

Gdańsk Tech offers 19 programmes taught in English. Check programmes and ECTS points:

Your contact person at Gdańsk Tech

With all questions about admission procedure you can contact with Ms. Atoosa Bahrani from the International Relations Office (erasmus@pg.edu.pl). After you will be accepted at Gdańsk Tech your contact person will be Erasmus+ Faculty Coordinator who can help you with studies programmes etc. You also contact with Erasmus Students Network Gdańsk - students from ESN wll be happy to help you with all issues related to organising life in Gdańsk. 


Dormitories

You can also apply for a place in a dormitory. Unfortunately, we do not have enough places for all the interested students. Therefore the places are going to be granted at first come first served basis. Remember to send your application as soon as possible. 


Mentor Programme

Each Erasmus student will have a mentor assigned. A mentor is a student - volunteer, who helps you to organize practical aspects of your stay in Gdańsk, especially in the very beginning. He is supposed to contact your by e-mail before your arrival. He can pick you up from the airport/railway station, help you to check-in at the dormitory (if you receive a place), go for shopping for the very first time, etc. If needed, mentor can help you sort out your documents, visit a doctor etc. Mentor Programme is managed by Erasmus Student Network Gdańsk
