International staff and guests are eligible to apply for temporary accomodation in Gdańsk Tech dormitory. For this purpose they need to fill in the application form for and send the scan of signed document to their inviting Faculty. Following, the application is submitted to Vice -Rector for Students Affair.
While filling in application it is important to choose the category of room you are interested in. There are to kinds of room in Gdańsk Tech dormitory:
- guest rooms - with private bathroom and kitchenette,
- PhD rooms - with shared bathroom (one for two rooms) and access to the common kitchen (one on each floor).
The rooms are available depending on their current occupancy rate.
In case the application is approved by the Vice-Rector, the employee is informed by email about he positive decission with all the details about the costs and check-in the dormitory.
The accomodation is provided for the period of several months after arrival - to give the time to the employee to arrange a flat or room themsleves.
