The market is rapidly evolving, creating demand for new, innovative products. Implementing modern solutions has therefore become a necessity, which has gained strategic importance for business.
Introducing innovations in industry allows for improving production quality, reducing its costs, as well as enhancing safety and streamlining work. All of this enables rapid adaptation to new customer expectations, which increases a company's competitiveness in the market.
But how to create a product that will find application in the industry? You will find out during the webinar “From idea to product. How to create an innovative project expected by industry?”, which will take place on October 25th at 11:00 AM.
The meeting will be attended by PhD Daniel Kraszewski and Prof. Robert Tylingo.
Beware of “MISIE wydaje...”, or where to look for space for product innovation?
PhD Daniel Kraszewski – product designer, constructor, researcher, and innovation consultant. For over a decade, he studied, practiced, and researched design in the United Kingdom. He developed products for brands such as Dyson and Andiamo. Founder of the design studio Aleto.design, where he creates products and develops new technologies – based on examples of product innovations, together with webinar participants, he will consider their sources and classifications to help them utilize these in their own projects. He will also present pitfalls that may limit the perception of innovation potential.
99 failures and 1 success – a conversation with Prof. Robert Tylingo
PhD DSc Eng. Robert Tylingo – professor at Gdańsk Tech, expert in rheology and biopolymer chemistry. Co-creator of the Chitosan Hydrogel technology. A scientist closely cooperating with industry. Author of numerous implementations and technological developments carried out in cooperation with an industrial partner – drawing on his experience, he will address topics such as risk in R&D projects, collaboration with enterprises, and the dependence of invention development on funding. He will also advise how to verify whether it is worth investing in a project.
At the end, Piotr Markowski – Project Manager of "μGrants R&D for enterprises" – will talk about the main assumptions of the Project, with particular emphasis on the role of scientific teams that will act as executors of R&D work commissioned by grant recipients (companies, business).
