7th Term of the POLSA Student Council
New members of the Council received their nominations during the inaugural meeting of the 7th term, held on July 24 and 25 at the Warsaw branch of the Polish Space Agency. Appointments were presented by Dr. Marta Wachowicz, President of POLSA.
The Student Council is a non-political and interdisciplinary advisory body to the President of the Polish Space Agency. It provides opinions and consultations on POLSA’s activities concerning students, initiates projects aimed at the academic community, and supports the development of interest in the space sector. It is composed of active students and young researchers engaged in space projects, activities of scientific clubs, and student organizations.
During the first meeting, Council members began working on the activity plan for the 7th term. They discussed, among other things, participation in the European Rover Challenge in Kraków and the organization of the fourth edition of the UP! Student Conference. The meeting concluded with a study visit to the Polish branch of ICEYE.
