This is an offer for researchers with a PhD degree and research teams who develop innovative technological solutions and see their application both in the civil and defense sectors.
Why is it worth participating?
The First Team “dual-use” competition may be an opportunity to obtain up to PLN 4 million in funding for the development of a project covering industrial research and experimental development work in the field of “dual-use” topics. The program also offers the possibility of building or developing a new research team, involving young scientists, PhD candidates, and students.

The call for proposals under the First Team “dual-use” is scheduled for October 1 – November 20, 2026, with a maximum funding amount of PLN 4 million.
The leader of the research team can be a researcher holding a PhD degree for between 2 and 12 years post-PhD.
