My PG System - Activation of Doctoral Account
Moja PG is a university portal available at moja.pg.edu.pl. The portal consists of many modules that enable electronic services for, among others, doctoral students, effectively reducing the number of required visits to the School's office.

Persons admitted to the Implementation Doctoral School at Gdańsk Tech will be migrated from the recruitment system eRecruitment to the Moja PG system.
Registration in the portal is mandatory, so after receiving the welcome message, please activate your account on the moja.pg.edu.pl website as soon as possible, providing data consistent with the information given during recruitment and the assigned album number. After activating the account, the doctoral student will be assigned a login (first name.last name@pg.edu.pl), which is required to log in to Moja PG.
*For persons who previously had a student account on Moja PG, no new account is created – the previous album number, login, and password remain valid. To obtain full doctoral privileges (including a new email alias), the student should go through the activation process of the student account on Moja PG using the existing password (according to instructions on the pomoc.pg.edu.pl website). In case of a lost password, it is possible to recover it via Login.gov.pl or another password reset method.

Electronic Doctoral ID Card (ELD)
After the first login to the Moja PG portal, you should verify the accuracy of your personal data and submit an application for the issuance of the Electronic Doctoral ID Card (ELD).
Persons continuing their studies at Gdańsk Tech who already possess an ELD issued by Gdańsk Tech do not need to submit a new application for the ELD. They are entitled to the previously issued ELD by Gdańsk Tech.
All information regarding changes in the status of applications is automatically sent by email and visible in the Moja PG portal under the “Applications” tab.
Attention! The ID card will not be sent for production until the due payment is recorded in the system! We encourage you to use ePayments, which are recorded immediately.
