Commemoration of PhD Marianna Sankiewicz
On the 105th anniversary of PhD Marianna Sankiewicz’s birth, a commemorative plaque dedicated to her was unveiled at 8 Fiszera Street in Gdańsk. The ceremony was attended by representatives of Gdańsk Tech, city authorities, the Gdańsk Tech Alumni Association, family members, as well as friends and former students of the longtime lecturer and the first woman to serve as vice-rector of Gdańsk Tech.
