The direct recipients of the project include academics and lecturers, especially those employed at technical universities.
Due to the international nature of the projects, the products created within E-TECH activities and work packages will be primarily aimed at academicians associated with the universities involved in the project. However, the members of the project team hope that products created when project tasks are completed will come in handy for academics from other European countries, or even beyond Europe.
All the products created within E-TECH project will be open-source materials.

Bezpośrednimi odbiorcami projektu są nauczyciele i wykładowcy akademiccy, zwłaszcza ci, którzy pracują na uczelniach technicznych.
Z uwagi na międzynarodowy charakter projektu, produkty stworzone w ramach działań i pakietów roboczych E-TECH będą przede wszystkim przeznaczone dla nauczycieli i wykładowców akademickich związanych zawodowo z uczelniami uczestniczącymi w projekcie. Niemniej jednak, członkowie zespołu projektowego mają nadzieję, że produkty powstałe po zakończeniu poszczególnych zadań i pakietów roboczych będą również przydatne dla nauczycieli i wykładowców uczelni z innych krajów w Europie i na świecie.
Wszystkie produkty stworzone w ramach projektu E-TECH oparte będą na otwartej licencji.

Zu den Hauptzielgruppen des Projekts zählen Akademiker und Lehrende insbesondere an Technischen Hochschulen.
Aufgrund des internationalen Charakters der Projekte richten sich die im Rahmen der E-TECH-Aktivitäten und Arbeitspakete erstellten Produkte, in erster Linie an Mitarbeiter der im Projekt involvierten Partneruniversitäten. Die Mitglieder des Projektteams hoffen , dass die Materialien, die nach Abschluss der Projektaktivitäten erstellt werden, für Lehrende aus anderen europäischen Ländern oder sogar außerhalb Europas nützlich sein werden.
Alle im Rahmen des E-TECH-Projekts erstellten Materialien werden als Open-Source verwendet.
