1. Use open fire and smoke in the University and in facilities except for rooms and places intended for this purpose.
2. Perform work with a potential for fire ignition or explosion without proper security and supervision.
3. Close the emergency door in a way that prevents its immediate use in the event of a fire or other hazard requiring evacuation.
4. Block fire doors and gates in a way that prevents them from closing automatically in the event of a fire.
5. Prevent or restrict access to:
a) fire extinguishers and fire-fighting equipment,
b) explosion relief equipment,
c) water sources for fire-fighting purposes,
d) devices for starting fire extinguishing systems and controlling such installations and other installations affecting the fire safety of the facility,
e) emergency exits or windows for rescue teams,
f) circuit breakers and switchboards for electricity and taps for the main gas installations,
g) external grilles and shutters, which according to technical and construction regulations should open from the inside of the flat or room,
6. Store combustible materials on general communication routes used for evacuation or place objects on these roads in a way that reduces their width or height below the required values specified in the technical and construction regulations.
7. Store chemical substances and mixtures and gas cylinders in a manner different from the one indicated in the "Material Safety Data Sheet".
8. Store hazardous materials in a manner allowing a fire or explosion to occur as a result of storage or as a result of their mutual interaction.
9. Collect hazardous materials at workplaces and scientific and research stations in amounts larger than the anticipated daily consumption or daily production, unless specific provisions state otherwise.
10. Store combustible materials in technical rooms, on unused attics and roof-void areas as well as on general communication routes in basements.
11. Store fire hazardous materials in basement rooms, in roof void areas and attics, staircases and corridors and other publicly accessible rooms, as well as on terraces, balconies and loggias.
12. Store full and empty cylinders for flammable gases in unused roof void areas and attics as well as in basements.
13. Collect flammable materials by the outer walls of buildings.
14. Store flammable materials by the outer walls of buildings.
15. Use electric heating devices placed directly on the flammable ground, with the exception of equipment operated in accordance with the conditions specified by the manufacturer.
16. Store combustible materials and use design elements and interior furnishings made of combustible materials at a distance of less than 0.5 m from devices and installations whose external surfaces may heat up to a temperature exceeding 100° C.
17. Store combustible materials and use design elements and interior fittings made of combustible materials at a distance of less than 0.5 meters from cable lines with a voltage above 1 kV, earthing wires and lightning conductor discharge cables and active switchgears, electric power cables and plug sockets power of over 400 V.
18. Use the so-called "immersion heaters", electric heaters with an open heating coil or "sun" and "Farel" type radiators.
19. Use combustible materials for covers of lighting points, with the exception of materials that are not flammable and non-flammable, if placed at a distance of at least 0.05 m from the light bulb.
20. Install luminaires and accessories of electrical installations, such as switches, sockets, directly on the flammable base, if their construction does not protect the base against ignition.
21. Provisionally install electrical equipment.
22. Perform repairs of devices and installations by persons who do not have the rights specified in separate regulations.
23. Leave devices not adapted to continuous operation unattended.
24. Use installations, devices and tools that are not technically in perfect condition, damaged or use them in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose or conditions specified by the manufacturer or that are not subjected to periodic inspections, on the scope and frequency resulting from the provisions of construction law, if it may contribute to a fire, explosion or spread of fire.
25. Operate the ventilation system without periodic inspections and maintenance.
26. Use propane-butane gas cylinders in high and medium-high buildings.
27. Use technical gas cylinders without proper protection against falling and near heat sources, on roads and crossings. Leave unnecessary gas cylinders or empty gas cylinders at workplaces and research facilities.
28. Use fire-fighting equipment for purposes other than fire-fighting or training.
28. Change the intended use of premises, construct new scientific and research posts, without obtaining the opinion of technical services.

31. One-man work and experiments that are fire and explosively dangerous.
32. Organise bonfires, burn rubbish and waste.
