As part of the currently implemented project ‘Integrated Programme of Development of Gdańsk University of Technology’, activities related to the analysis, description and mapping of selected processes functioning at Gdańsk Tech in order to optimise (improve) them will be carried out.
The processes will be selected from 3 main areas:
- education,
- scientific and research,
- administrative and management.
The processes optimisation will be implemented in 4 stages:
- analysis,
- mapping,
- optimisation,
- implementation.
As part of the preparation for the implementation of the processes optimisation, training on the analysis and mapping of processes was conducted.
