In the second edition of the PLUTONIUM program competition, more than PLN 1,800,000 was awarded.

Funding awarded under the competition, will enable support for the activities of student scientific circles, which are a natural environment for the emergence of research group leaders, organizational leaders and leaders who initiate new research areas.

In the completed call, 14 high-potential applications were submitted, of which as many as 11 received funding:

Within the BioTechMed Center

1 Preliminary integration of a medical device: laser computed tomography of gel phantoms in dosimetry and treatment quality verification in photon and hadron radiosurgery and radiotherapy.

Within the Center for Future Materials

2 Development of a new injectable ceramic-polymer bone cement.

3 Developing the scientific potential of the PGRacing Team of students and presenting internationally the publications and results of innovative research.

6 Multilevel green wall model as a research object to counteract the effects of anthropopression and increase the resilience of cities to climate change.
