[Update 22.02.2024] Announcement of the results of Francium Supporting Outstanding Doctoral Candidates call

Francium

UPDATE 22.02.2024

Those of you who have not been granted Francium scholarship, and still want to appeal against the Rector`s decision should follow the points below:

  1. Prepare your appeal, clearly indicating justification, and convert it into ONE pdf file, with all additional materials (if needed). Please make sure that the pdf* file includes your NAME+SURNAME in the title. Do not include any additional materials as separate files!
  2. Please make sure that your appeal is SHORT, CONCISE and PRECISE.
  3. Please make sure that in the body text of your appeal you refer to the specific point from Rector`s regulation that – in your opinion – has not been violated, but you have not been granted the scholarship.
  4. Some of your applications have been rejected due to failure in filling the respective field regarding employment. In that case, it is essential that – jointly with your appeal, you include unequivocal statement/declaration of whether you are employed or not, and whether you are self-employed or not. Failure in doing so, will result in further rejection of your appeal.
  5. Send you appeal to francium@pg.edu.pl until 1st of March (inclusive). The respective committee will pursue ONLY documents delivered formally to this e-mail address.

Based on the list of applications presented, the Rector of the Gdansk University of Technology granted 92 out of 162 applications for the FRANCIUM scholarship submitted by doctoral students.
