Second lecture in the cycle of Knowledge Transfer meetings 2024/2025
On behalf of the inter-faculty scientific group RedOx, we invite you to participate in the second series of Knowledge Transfer lectures planned for the academic year 2024/2025.
On Thursday, 12 December 2024 at 13:15 in Auditorium 3/11 in Nanotechnology A Center of Gdańsk Tech, PhD Eng. Karolina Cysewska (Department of Functional Materials Engineering FETI) will tell about Jakie możliwości kryją polimery przewodzące? Medyczne innowacje materiałów przyszłości (eng. What are the possibilities of conducting polymers? Medical innovations of the future of materials).
PhD Cysewska has received international financing in M-ERA.NET Call 2023 competition from The National Center for Research and Development, en. Innovative stent coating with polyphenol-rapamycin complex with improved drug-eluting properties to target in-stent restenosis (PoRaCoat). The research conducted in this project are are focused on developing an innovative drug release system based on a conductive polymer matrix for commercial cobalt-chromium stents.
