After thesis defense? Report it!
We would like to remind you about the need to report a diploma thesis defence immediately after this fact occurs. This applies to all students receiving or applying for scholarships from the Scholarship Fund at Gdańsk University of Technology.
The obligation to notify the university results directly from the provisions of the Law on Higher Education and Science.
It is enough if the student who defended the thesis notifies the Scholarship Committee via e-mail.
You should also notify the SC when the defence concerns a different field of study than the one in which the benefits are collected, and above all, if it concerns a field of study at another university.
