Places in Dorms for the academic year 2021/2022
Applications for a place in the Student House for the academic year 2021/2022 should be submitted only via the electronic form available on the individual student account on the MojaPG portal in the Scholarships module.
The Scholarship Committee is responsible for the distribution of places in the first stage.
Dates:
- 24.05-6.06.2021 r. – submitting applications for places in DS.
- 16.06.2021 r. - results of the distribution of seats.
- 17.06-20.06.2021 r. - submitting appeals.
- 28.06.2021 r. - results of pending appeals.
A student who would like to attach additional documentation to the application, e.g. to receive additional points (in accordance with Annex 3 to the Regulations), should send a scan of the documents (or clear pictures) to the following address: komisja.stypendialna@pg.edu.pl from your email account in the student.pg.edu.pl domain, titling the message "Documentation, application xxxxx", where "xxxxx" is the number of the application sent in MojaPG. Documents must be sent after submitting the application on the MojaPG portal, but no later than 24 hours from the moment of sending the application. Documentation that does not meet these conditions will not be considered.
Students who receive a place in the Student House in stages I and II are required to pay a deposit of PLN 400 by July 31, 2021. Failure to pay the deposit is tantamount to resignation from the dormitory.
