Places in Dorms during the holidays | Gdańsk University of Technology

The information is intended only for students of the Gdańsk University of Technology.

The distribution of places in DS for holidays (so-called The Summer Action) is the Housing Estate Council (HEC).

Applications must be submitted within the given deadline.

Applications and documentation (scan or clear photo) should be sent:

1. To the e-mail address of the Residents' Council of your actual dormitory:

• DS1: rm.ds1@pg.edu.pl;
• DS2: rm.ds2@pg.edu.pl;
• DS3: rm.ds3@pg.edu.pl;
• DS4: rm.ds4@pg.edu.pl;
• DS6: rm.ds6@pg.edu.pl; 
• DS7: rm.ds7@pg.edu.pl;
• DS8: rm.ds8@pg.edu.pl;
• DS9: rm.ds9@pg.edu.pl;
• DS10: rm.ds10@pg.edu.pl;
• DS11: rm.ds11@pg.edu.pl.

2. To the e-mail address: akcjalato@pg.edu.pl - students who do not live in the dormitory during the academic year.

Dormitories for Summer Action:

• DS 2, DS 6, DS 10, DS 12 in full for students and doctoral students;
• DS 8 – approx. 130 seats;
• DS 3, DS 9 – approx. 30 places in each dormitory.

Dates:

• May 24 - May 30, 2021 - submitting applications for a place in a student home for the holidays
• June 14, 2021 - publication of results

• by June 23, 2021, resignation from the allocated place in the student home for the holidays - resignations should be sent to the e-mail address: akcjalato@pg.edu.pl;

• June 28 - July 4, 2021 - accommodating students who have been allocated a place in a student home since the beginning of the "Summer Action".

Deposit payment dates - Summer Action:

• Students living in a student home during the academic year the deposit is also valid during the summer holidays,
• Students who do not live in the student home during the academic year should pay a deposit until the day of applying for a place in the student home for the summer. Proof of payment is a required attachment to submit.
