"Head to head" exchanges | Gdańsk University of Technology

On June 18, 2021 and June 29, 2021, from 10.00 to 13.00, there will be a duty change of places allocated in Student Houses "person per person". If you have received a place in DS that does not satisfy you, you should find a person willing to exchange and send an appropriate e-mail on your own.

Gender doesn't matter.

Replacement rules:

1. The student must send a message from the email account in the domain student.pg.edu.pl to the address oks@pg.edu.pl
2. The message titled „Zamiana głowa za głowę” - "Swap head for head" <- better in Polish
3. You should send a message on June 18, 2021 between 10.00 and 13.00 or on June 29, 2021 between 10.00 and 13.00.
4. The content of the message must contain short and clear information. Example message below.
5. The person we exchange with must also send an email.
6. Messages sent "before 18.06.2021 at. 10.00" or sent "after 18.06.2021 at. 13.00" will be ignored.

Sample message pair:

1. Adam Kowalski writes:
   I am asking to exchange the allocated place in DS 2 for a place in DS 7, with student Jan Kowalski (123456)
2. Jan Kowalski writes:
   I am asking to exchange the allocated place in DS 7 for a place in DS 2, with student Adam Kowalski (654321)

You will receive confirmation of the exchange no later than July 2, 2021.
