Places in Student Houses during the holidays - summer 2023 | Gdańsk University of Technology

The information is intended only for students of the Gdańsk University of Technology.

The distribution of places in SH for holidays (so-called The Summer Action) is the Housing Estate Council.

Applications must be submitted within the given deadline.

Applications with documents (scan or clear photo) confirming activity at the university and confirmation of payment of the deposit (for people who do not currently live in SH) should be sent using the Forms application.
The link to the Forms application will be available on May 15, 2023 on the website of the Student Affairs Office.

Student Houses for Summer Action:

• DS 1, DS5Ł, DS 6, DS 8, DS 12 in full for students and doctoral students;
• DS 3, DS5, DS 9 – approx. 30 places in each student house.

Dates:

• May 15 - May 22, 2023 - submitting applications for a place in a student house for the holidays;
• June 5, 2023 - publication of results;
• June 6 - June 7, 2023 - sending comments on the results of the distribution of "Summer Action" places to the e-mail address: akcjalato@pg.edu.pl;

• by June 15, 2023, resignation from the allocated place in the student house for the holidays - resignations should be sent to the e-mail address: akcjalato@pg.edu.pl;

• July 1 - July 3, 2023 - accommodating students who have been allocated a place in a student house since the beginning of the "Summer Action".

Deposit payment dates - Summer Action:

• Students living in a student home during the academic year the deposit is also valid during the summer holidays,
• Students who do not live in the student home during the academic year should pay a deposit until the day of applying for a place in the student home for the summer. Proof of payment is a required attachment to submit.

E-mails must be sent from an individual e-mail account in the student.pg.edu.pl domain.
