Places in Student Houses during the holidays - summer 2024 | Gdańsk University of Technology

The information is intended only for students of the Gdańsk University of Technology.

The distribution of places in SH for holidays (so-called The Summer Campaign) is the Housing Estate Council (e-mail: akcjalato@student.pg.edu.pl).

Applications must be submitted within the given deadline.

Applications should be sent using the Forms application.
The link to the Forms application will be available on May 06, 2024 on the website of the Student Affairs Office.

Student Houses for Summer Campaign:

• DS 1, DS 5Ł, DS 6, DS 8, DS 10 in full for students;
• DS 8 – 216 places;
• DS 3, DS 5, DS 9 – approx. 40 places in each student house.

Dates:

• May 6 - May 13, 2024 - submitting applications for a place in a student house for the holidays;
• May 27, 2024 - publication of awarded in the “Summer Campaign” points;
• May 28 - May 29, 2024 - sending comments regarding the awarded " Summer Campaign " points at: akcjalato@student.pg.edu.pl;
• June 5, 2024 - publication of results;
• June 6 - June 7, 2024 - sending comments on the place distribution in the “Summer Campaign” at: akcjalato@student.pg.edu.pl
• June 10, 2024 - final publication of the results.

• by June 23, 2024, resignation from the allocated place in the student house for the holidays - resignations should be sent to the e-mail address: akcjalato@student.pg.edu.pl;

• June 27 - July 1, 2024 - accommodating students who have been allocated a place in a student house since the beginning of the "Summer Campaign".

Deposit payment dates - Summer Campaign:

• Students living in a student home during the academic year the deposit is also valid during the summer holidays,
• Students who do not live in the student home during the academic year should pay a deposit until the day of applying for a place in the student home for the summer. Proof of payment is a required attachment to submit.

E-mails must be sent from an individual e-mail account in the student.pg.edu.pl domain.
