The minimum number of points to obtain a place in the Student House: 62,8 points.

If you received a place in the Student House:

1. Students who have received a place at the Student House (DS) are required to pay a guarantee deposit of PLN 700 by July 31, 2025. It is the student's responsibility to provide the full amount of the deposit on the account. In a doubtful situation, a student should report to the administration of Accommodation Office to verify the amount of the deposit on the account.

NOTE! The deposit amount has increased compared to the previous year. People who have paid a deposit of PLN 500 must pay the missing PLN 200.

2. Students who have received a place in DS are required to check in latest by October 1, 2025. After this date, students lose their right to reside in DS for at least one academic year, and the deposit will not be refundable (not applicable to people who notified the administration of DS in writing of a later arrival).

3. Check in of people who have been allocated places in the Student House begins on September 27, 2025.

4. Students who want to give up their right to live in the Student House and have paid a guarantee deposit should report this fact in writing to OKS (Appeal Scholarship Committee) by September 5, 2025. In case of resignation in the above term, the deposit will be refundable.

5. The amount of fees for staying in a dormitory is specified in the "Fees for residing in the Halls of Residence at Gdańsk University of Technology", which is available on the Accommodation Office website.

If you have not received a place in the Student House:

1. A student has the right to make an appeal to the Scholarship Appeal Committee from June 12 to June 15, 2025. The procedure for submitting appeals is the same as for submitting applications, i.e. within the specified deadline, you must complete the application only via the electronic form available on the student's individual account on Moja PG portal in Scholarships and dormitories module. You do not have to print the application or bring it anywhere.
2. From July 1, 2025 to September 3, 2025, students who:
  - did not apply for a place in DS in stages I-IV;
  - applied for a place in the earlier stages, but had not been granted;
  - received a non-preferred DS number;
may take part in the 5th stage of allocation.

Check "head to head" exchanges

Students who have received a place in the Student House for the academic year 2025/2026 in the first stage of the allocation, are obliged to pay a guarantee deposit by July 31, 2025.
- the deposit must be paid to the individual bank account number available to each student on the Moja PG portal (Payment tab -> Deposit for dormitory);
- the title of the transfer should include - "kaucja";
- the amount of the fee is PLN 700.
Failure to meet the above points will result in the deposit not being credited, which will result in the removal from the list of people to whom the dormitory has been granted.
