Places in Student Houses during the holidays - summer 2026 [start 11.05.2026] | Gdańsk University of Technology

The distribution of places in SH for holidays (so-called The Summer Campaign) is the Housing Estate Council (e-mail: akcjalato@pg.edu.pl).

Applications must be submitted within the given deadline.

Applications should be sent using the Forms application.
The link to the Forms application will be available on May 11, 2026 after 8.00 a.m. on the website of the Student Affairs Office.

Student Houses for Summer Campaign:

• DS 1, DS 5Ł, DS 6, DS 10 in full for students;
• DS 8 – 162 places;
• DS 3, DS 5, DS 9 – approx. 40 places in each student house.

Dates:

• May 11 - May 17, 2026 - application for a place in a dormitory for the summer break period
• May 27, 2026 - publication of the list of places awarded in the "Summer Campaign"
• May 28 - May 29, 2026 - sending comments regarding the places awarded in the "Summer Campaign" at: akcjalato@pg.edu.pl
• June 1, 2026 - publication of the results of the "Summer Campaign" (with the number of a dormitory)
• June 2 - June 3, 2026 - sending comments on the place distribution in the “Summer Campaign” at: akcjalato@pg.edu.pl
• June 8, 2026 - publication of the rooms assigned in the "Summer Campaign"
• June 9 - June 10, 2026 - sending comments on the rooms distribution in the “Summer Campaign” at: akcjalato@pg.edu.pl
• June 15, 2026 - final publication of the results of the places and rooms distribution in a dormitory in the summer break period

• by June 21, 2026, resignation from the allocated place in the student house for the holidays - resignations should be sent to the e-mail address: akademiki@pg.edu.pl

• June 28 - July 2, 2026 - accommodating students who have been allocated a place in a student house since the beginning of the "Summer Campaign".

Deposit payment dates - Summer Campaign:

• Students residing in a dormitory during the academic year - the security deposit remains valid during the summer break;
• Students not residing in a dormitory during the academic year should pay the security deposit by the date of submitting an application for a place in a dormitory in the summer break period. Payment confirmation is a required attachment to the application.

E-mails must be sent from an individual e-mail account in the student.pg.edu.pl domain.
