Gdańsk Tech - naturaly mobile! | Gdańsk University of Technology

Employees of the Gdansk Tech are aware of the role played by active mobility in commuting to and from work. That is why they take part in an increasing number of cycling competitions such as "Spin the kilometers for Gdańsk", or - organised within the Association of Fahrenheit Universities - the "Bike to University" campaign and the "Cycle for Sopot" action, in which 556 participants from 58 companies and organisations took part. All campaign participants cycled 308,000 km, saved 77.2 tonnes of CO2 emissions, as well as burning 8.6 million calories. The team of employees of the Gdansk University of Technology covered a total of over 4,000 km, thanks to which our University was awarded the 'Naturally Mobile Company' certificate.

We congratulate the participants and encourage them to choose a bike as a means of transport throughout the year.
