“Active- practical ways for sustainable development” - Poster Session Competition | Gdańsk University of Technology

We invite you to participate in the Poster Session Competition "Active - practical ways for sustainable development". This is a unique opportunity to present your artistic skills and creativity as well as your idea of how to implement the idea of sustainable development. 

The objective of the Poster Session Competition is the development and dissemination of knowledge on Sustainable Development Goals among Gdańsk Tech community. The competition is open to the entire PG community: students, PhD students and employees.

Rules of participation:
One participant or a team of up to three people can submit one poster in two thematic categories: People, Planet.

Poster format:

• paper - A1 vertical print (dimensions mm: 594 mm x 841 mm), additionally, the organizer requires an electronic version of the poster in PNG and PDF format
• video - poster (.mp4 file, maximum length 90 sec, dimensions 1080x1920 - vertical, the video will be displayed without sound, so subtitles are required).

 Deadline for submission of posters: 27 September 2024 at 3:30 p.m.

The poster session of submitted works and announcement of results will take place on October 16, 2024 during Sustainable Development Week.

In case of a paper poster, please provide the poster in such form to the Strategic Analysis Center at Gdansk University of Technology, ul. Narutowicza 11/12, Building B, Room 101. Campus map link: https://campus.pg.edu.pl

Rewards in the competition:

• For each team member who will take 1st, 2nd or 3rd place, participation in a one-day training course to choose from the following topics: conducting presentations or teamwork, or service design in design solutions (the training will be held at an agreed date on the premises of Gdansk University of Technology, participants will receive confirmation of completion of the training).
• Gdansk University of Technology gadgets for taking I-III place amounting to:

     - I place – PLN 530 
     - II place – PLN 330
     - III place – PLN 195
