Aleksandra Laska - second graduate to complete the Doctoral School of Gdańsk University of Technology in the new doctoral education system, scientifically affiliated with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Ship Technology began her training in the a.y. 2019/2020, under the supervision of prof. Marek Szkodo from the Institute of Manufacturing and Materials Technology.
She submitted and defended her PhD thesis in the discipline of mechanical engineering [IMe] entitled "Influence of friction stir welding technological parameters on the properties of the joints of selected aluminum alloys"
She completed her training in June 2023 (8th semester).
