After arrangements with your supervisor, register in the University's admission system.
In the eRecruitment interface, you will find hints that will guide you to the right path. Pay attention to these two elements:

The proper School: Make sure you select the Doctoral School, not the Industrial Doctoral School (this is a separate unit with different admission rules).

Origin of your diploma: Choose the enrolment path consistent with where you obtained your education (where you completed your second-cycle or long-cycle (uniform master's degree) studies):

for candidates with Master’s degree (second-cycle or long-cycle) obtained in Poland.

for candidates with Master’s degree (second-cycle or long-cycle) obtained abroad.

Why is this important?
Technically, the system will allow you to apply in the wrong enrolment, but the error will only be detected after a few days, during the verification of submitted documents by an administrative staff member, which may significantly delay the process.
The application will be sent back for correction, and you will have to fill out the form and attach all documents again. Therefore, there is a risk that the correct enrolment for you may already be closed, and you will lose the chance to participate in the admission process.
