Step 7 of 7. Finalization of the admission.

The results of the admission in accordance with the PSWiN Law are public - they will be published on the Doctoral School website in the form of ranking lists.

Candidates - depending on their individual status (fulfillment of formal criteria and place on the list in terms of obtained points) - will receive status:

  • accepted (fulfilling all requirements and fitting into the pool of spots based on the obtained number of points),
  • accepted conditionally (candidates in the final year of study who are awaiting diploma and candidates with foreign diploma)
  • unaccepted (failure to meet formal requirements / poor interview result / outside the limit of spots due to the obtained number of points)

Unaccepted candidates and foreigners will receive individual administrative decisions in the candidate panel in the application (admissions / recruitment system). We will inform about the dates of issuing decisions on the website -> more information in the admissions schedule.

NOTE! Submitting an "appeal" against the results of admission, i.e., submitting a request for reconsideration of the decision of not being accepted to the Doctoral School, is possible only after confirming receipt of the administrative decision based on the rules defined in the Admissions Rules.

More information on filing and delivery of admission administrative decisions and applications for re-examination of the case recorded in digital form.
