Step 3 of 7. Payment of the admission fee.

Taking part in the admissions process to the Doctoral School requires a one-time and non-refundable payment of an application (admission) fee payable to the account indicated in the application (admission / recruitment) system.

The amount of the application (admission) fee:
  • standard enrolment - PLN 300
  • special enrolment - PLN 700
Payment options for effecting the application (admission) fee:
Candidates have three options to pay their fee:
  • Generate a payment print - a pdf file will be generated with a completed transfer template, which should be printed and then settled at the post office or in a bank branch,
  • Mobile payment - a QR code will be generated, which you can scan in your bank's mobile application and make the transfer.
  • Pay with ePayment - by clicking on this option, you will be sent to the ePayment service, which allows you to make an immediate payment. By using this payment method you are obligated to pay an additional fee according to the service provider price-list.

NOTE!
The application can be submitted ONLY AFTER the payment has been RECORDED. We recommend that you pay by e-payment or by mobile payment - this will ensure that your payment is immediately recorded in your account and will not block you from sending your application.

Please note that there may be a delay of several days before a payment made by bank transfer is recorded in the system, which is additionally delayed in the case of foreign transfers going through several intermediary banks.

Please do not delay your payment until the closing date for receipt of applications, as failure to receive your payment by the deadline may block your application from being submitted in the system and therefore from being considered for recruitment.
