Participation in the admission requires payment of a one-off, non-refundable admission fee. You pay the fee to an individual account, which you will find in the system after registration. The admission fee is PLN 300, and any overpayments are not refunded.
You can use one of three payment options:

ePayments (Fastest option) – Use the service for immediate online payments. Remember that the service operator may add an additional commission.

Mobile payment (QR Code) – Scan the generated code in your bank's mobile app. The transfer details will fill in automatically, and you just need to approve the payment.

Payment form (Traditional transfer) – Download the ready-made transfer form (PDF), print it, and pay at the post office or bank. Remember that this method takes the longest.
Important: The "Send form" button in the eRecruitment system activates only after the payment is booked on the University's account. Pay in advance, as booking the transfer may take several business days. If the system does not record the payment before the end of admission, you will not participate in the recruitment.
Foreign payments and currency
You must pay the admission fee of PLN 300, and in the case of a foreign transfer – you must cover all currency conversion costs and bank commissions so that the full required amount in PLN (Polish złoty) is credited to the University's account.
