Project title: International promotion of Gdańsk University of Technology

The goals of the Project are: to increase the competence and knowledge of Gdańsk University of Technology staff in the field of creating modern promotional content that meets the needs of international university candidates and to promote Gdańsk Tech among international candidates, in particular in social media.

The objectives of the Project will be achieved through the following activities:
a) participation in events raising competencies in the field of international promotion ("Digital Marketing Day" conferences, "The EAIE Academy" training and Tik Tok training);
b) organization of an international conference at Gdańsk Tech on modern university marketing;
c) production of promotional films and a photo session presenting Gdańsk Tech;
d) establishing cooperation with influencers (students and graduates of Gdańsk Tech);
e) publishing video materials on social media;
d) subscribing Canva Pro (online tools for creating graphics, videos for social media);
f) production of BTL materials for candidates, students and international guests.

The results of the Project will include:
a) participation in 7 events raising competences of the staff in the field of international promotion;
b) organization of a hybrid international conference on modern university marketing;
c) production of 3 professional promotional films and a photo session (200 photos);
d) establishing cooperation with 4 influencers (students/graduates);
e) production of 26 short videos for social media;
e) purchase of 1 Canva Pro license;
f) production of 3 BTL materials (3 types of leaflets for candidates, students and international guests).

The expected long-term effects of the Project include: the professionalization of activities in the field of international promotion and building Gdańsk Tech brand recognition in social media.
