Initiation of the ACEEU accreditation process

Gdańsk University of Technology has started the implementation of the project, which is co-financed from European Funds entitled ’Foreign accreditations‘ under the POWER Project.03.03.00-00-P004/16. The aim of it is to obtain the ’ACEEU – accreditation for entrepreneurial and committed universities’, which will affect the development of the University internationalization.

ACEEU (Accreditation Council for Entrepreneurial and Engaged Universities) is an international organization founded in 2016, specialising in acknowledging and fostering entrepreneurial and engaged potential of universities on institutional and divisional levels.

ACEEU accreditation will enable Gdańsk Tech to initiate and support the process of strengthening the positive image and changing the internal organizational culture. Due to the accreditation procedure and the recommendations resulting from it, Gdańsk Tech will get a full imagery of the practices in the field of entrepreneurship and commitment, which will consequently enable to make more aware organizational decisions, and improve the key results of the University.

Co-financing of the project from the EU amounts: PLN 117 794.36.
