The Job Fair and Open Day of the Faculty of Chemistry

The Faculty of Chemistry and the Careers and Alumni Office of Gdansk University of Technology warmly invite you to the Job Fair and Open Day of the Faculty of Chemistry, which will take place on 15 April 2025 (Tuesday) from 9:30 - 14:00 in the Courtyards: Fahrenheit and Hevelius, in the Main Building of the Gdansk University of Technology.

Job Fair

In the Fahrenheit Courtyard, students, doctoral students, graduates and secondary school students will have the opportunity to meet representatives of renowned companies from the chemical industry.

Multicomponent Niobates: Ceramic Materials in Hydrogen Technologies

Arkadiusz
Arkadiusz Dawczak, a graduate of the Doctoral School at Gdańsk University of Technology, conducts research on advanced ceramic materials that could be applied in technologies related to hydrogen production and utilization.

His doctoral thesis, entitled Structural, Thermal, and Electrical Properties of Multicomponent Rare-Earth Ortho-Niobates, was written under the supervision of Professor Maria Gazda, PhD, DSc, Eng., and its reviewers included Professor Izabela Szafraniak-Wiza, PhD, DSc, from the Poznań University of Technology, Professor Tomasz Goryczka, PhD, DSc, from the University of Silesia in Katowice, and Professor Tomasz Brylewski, PhD, DSc, Eng., from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.

Mobilities are available for both teaching (STA) and training (STT) purposes.
