Gdańsk Tech and Tsinghua SIGS – strengthening our academic and research Cooperation

Prof. Dariusz Mikielewicz – Vice-Rector for Research and Prof. Zuo – Associate Dean of Tsinghua SIGS
On 31 August 2026, we were pleased to welcome a delegation from Tsinghua University’s Shenzhen International Graduate School (Tsinghua SIGS) to Gdańsk University of Technology.

The meeting provided an opportunity to reflect on more than two years of cooperation between our institutions and, most importantly, to discuss how we can further develop this partnership in the years ahead.

Our cooperation began in 2024 and has already resulted in academic and research visits, scientific seminars, student and doctoral mobility, research internships, laboratory work, summer-school participation, cooperation between student organisations, doctoral-level collaboration and joint scientific publications.
