Duties of the Rector’s Office:

- Organisational and secretarial service for the Rector’s and Vice-Rectors’ offices.

- Compiling Rector’s regulations, proxy statements and circular letters.

- Secretarial and organisational service for the Senate meetings and Rector’s Collegium:

     a)    sending notifications together with materials for the Senate meetings
     b)    content-related preparation and taking minutes during the Senate and Rector’s Collegium meetings
     c)    keeping records of the resolutions of the Senate

- Secretarial and organisational service for the University Council, University Electoral Commission, regular meetings of the University authorities, Disciplinary Spokesman for Academic Teachers, commissions and teams supervised by the Rector and Vice-Rectors.

- Organising official university celebrations.

- Keeping records of: Rector’s regulations, proxy statements, external organisations of which the university is a fee-paying member, Rector’s and Chancellor’s circular letters, conferred titles of Doctor Honoris Causa and Professor Emeritus of Gdańsk University of Technology, awarded GUT Commemorative, Merit and Honorary Professor Emeritus Medals and Distinguished Alumni Awards.
