Booking appointments via the queue system
From the 2023/2024 academic year, we are introducing the possibility of booking a visit to the Scholarship Committee in the queue system of the Gdańsk University of Technology.
In the queue system, find the Student Affairs Department (Dział Spraw Studenckich) and select the scholarship you are interested in. After choosing a date and sending your application, wait for e-mail confirmation of your reservation. Confirmation is not sent automatically - each application will be accepted/rejected by a member of the Committee, so please be patient and check the e-mail address provided during the application.
