Scholarships for the summer semester 2024/2025
Applying for a scholarship in mainly concerns:
- second-cycle students who want to apply for the rector's scholarship for the summer semester (this benefit is awarded every semester)
- newly admitted second-cycle students applying for a maintenance scholarship or a disability scholarship.
Scholarships for first-cycle students are awarded until July inclusive (except for students of the 7th semester - diploma). If the scholarship was awarded in the winter semester, there is no need to re-apply for the benefit for the summer semester. The period for which the scholarship was granted can be checked on MojaPG and in the administrative decision.
We invite you to submit applications in person at duty hours, by dropping the application into the inbox in Bratniak, by sending it by Polish Post – Poczta Polska or electronically via ePUAP.
Information for graduates of the Gdańsk University of Technology
Students receiving a maintenance scholarship at Gdańsk University of Technology in the winter semester do not have to submit a complete set of documents again. However, they should submit a new application and attach Appendix No. 4 to the Benefit rules for the Students of Gdańsk University of Technology. The same should be done in the case of applying for a scholarship for people with disabilities.
Information for graduates of other universities
Other students are obliged to submit a complete set of documents for each scholarship - the Committee does not have information on the average grade obtained at another university, a certificate of disability, and all the more so family income.
Information for 7th semester students who did not complete their studies
If in the winter semester the scholarship was awarded for one semester (until February), but the student failed to complete his studies, he should submit to the Committee in the above-mentioned term the application for extension of scholarship payments until July (no application template available).
Information on electronic applying
The application should be sent from a mailbox in the moj.gov.pl domain. This is the only way to attach the application file in the .xml format generated by the MojaPG system. Please do not send applications from a mailbox in the edoreczenia.gov.pl domain.
