The results of the pending appeals regarding places in Student Houses were published on the MyGUT portal.

Dear students,
applications for a place in a dormitory in the 2nd stage (appeals) were considered on the basis of the data declared by students on a day of submitting an application in 1st stage. In appeal, student cannot allege to the new facts in the case such as the change of place of residence after the deadline for submitting an application or the change of preferred number of dormitory.

All students who have not received DS or have received a non-preferential DS number may take part in the fifth stage of the distribution of seats.

We also remind you of the possibility of changing the DS number in the "head for head" mode.

If you received a place in the Student House:

1. Students who have received a place at the Student House (DS) are required to pay a guarantee deposit of PLN 500 by July 31, 2022. It is the student's responsibility to provide the full amount of the deposit on their account. In a doubtful situation, a student should report to the administration of Student Housing to verify the amount of the deposit on his account.
2. Students who have obtained a place in DS should submit an application for a place in a room by July 1 - July 8, 2022.
3. Students who have received a place in DS are required to stay at the latest by October 4, 2022. After this date, students lose their right to reside in DS for at least one academic year, and the deposit will not be refundable (not applicable to people who notified the administration of DS in writing of a later arrival).
4. Accommodation of people who have been allocated places in the Student House begins on 29 September 2022.
5. Students who want to give up their right to live in the Student House and have paid a guarantee deposit should report this fact in writing to OKS (Appeal Scholarship Commission, ul. G. Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk) by 7 September 2022 r. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be refundable.
6. The price list for accommodation is available on the website of the Student Housing Estate.

Students who have received a place in the Student House for the dormitory year 2022/2023 in the first stage of the distribution of places, are obliged to pay a guarantee deposit by July 31, 2022.
- The deposit must be paid to the individual bank account number available to each student on the mojaPG portal (Payment tab -> Deposit for dormitory);
- The title of the transfer should include - kaucja;
- The amount of the fee is PLN 500.
Failure to meet the above points will result in the deposit not being credited, which will result in the removal from the list of persons to whom the dormitory has been granted.
