From 1 July 2025 to 3 September 2025, students who:

  1. Did not apply for a place in SH in stages I-IV;
  2. Applied for a place in the earlier stages, but did not get it;
  3. Received an SH number but would like to change it
    can take part in the fifth stage of the allocation of vacant places.

Stage V takes place in two rounds:

  1. V.I - for students who received an SH number but would like to change it;
  2. V.II - for other students.

To enter the "waiting list", the student must by 3 September 2025:

  1. submit an application on the individual student account on the mojaPG portal in the Scholarships module.
  2. pay a guarantee deposit in the amount of PLN 700.

Results:
9 September 2025 - publication of the results of the considered applications for granting a place in the Student House for people who received an unprecedented number of the dormitory in the previous stages.
16 September 2025 - publication of the results of the considered applications for granting a place in the SH for people who did not apply or were not granted a place in the SH in the previous stages.

During the academic year 2025/2026, the duty hours for allocating vacant places in SH will take place once a week in OKS. The first duty hours will take place 3 October. Detailed information on this issue will be available at the beginning of the academic year.
