Places in Student Houses for the academic year 2026/2027 [start 25.05.2026] | Gdańsk University of Technology

Applications for a place in the Student House for the academic year 2026/2027 should be submitted only via the electronic form available on the individual student account on the Moja PG portal in the Scholarships module (Moja PG -> Student -> Scholarships -> Apply for a benefit -> Applying for a Dormitory, stage I - for the new academic year).

The Scholarship Committee is responsible for the distribution of places in the first stage.

Dates: 

• 25.05-03.06.2026 r. – submitting applications for places in SH.
• 17.06.2026 r. - results of the distribution of seats.
• 18.06-21.06.2026 r.  - submitting appeals.
• until 30.06.2026 r. - results of pending appeals.
• 1.07-8.07.2026 r. - submitting applications for a place in the room (applies to people who will get a place in SH).

We do not document the financial situation!

Students who wish to attach additional documentation to their application, for example, to obtain additional points (§ 74, section 2 of the Regulations), should submit scanned documents (or clear photos) via Zgłoszenia PG portal. Documents must be submitted after submitting the application on the MojaPG portal, but no later than 24 hours after submitting the application. Documentation that does not meet these requirements will not be considered.

‼️‼️Students who receive a place in the Student House in stages I and II are required to pay a deposit of PLN 700 by July 31, 2026. Failure to pay the deposit is tantamount to resignation from the dormitory.‼️‼️
