The Student Affairs Office carries out the following tasks:
regarding student activities:
planning and implementing the budget of the Student Self-Government fund of Gdańsk University of Technology (Gdańsk Tech SSG)
planning and implementation of the budget of the Doctoral Student Self-Government fund of Gdańsk University of Technology (Gdańsk Tech SSG)
planning and implementation of the budget of the Academic Choir Fund of Gdańsk University of Technology (Gdańsk Tech ACh)
keeping a register of university student organizations
supporting the implementation of student initiatives
regarding the granting of scholarships and places in Student Houses:
participation in the work of the Scholarship Committee and the Appeal Committee of the Scholarship Fund
administrative services for the Rector's Own Scholarship Fund
administrative service of funded scholarships
regarding the activities of the Academic Choir of Gdańsk University of Technology:
preparation and supervision over the implementation of the annual concert schedule
preparation of the choir's repertoire
conducting regular choir rehearsals, annual training camps and individual vocal tutoring
participation in national and international competitions (conducting)
related to the administrative support of the psychological help point for students and doctoral students
related to the administration of the fund of the Vice-Rector for Education
Office of the "Kwadratowa" Academic Club of Gdańsk University of Technology:
carries out, in cooperation with the Gdańsk Tech SSG and the Alumni Association, the mission of the Gdańsk Tech AC "Kwadratowa", i.e.: disseminating student culture:
creating the cultural activity program of the Gdańsk Tech AC "Kwadratowa"
organization of cultural events in the Gdańsk Tech AC "Kwadratowa"
administers the Bratniak building, which is the seat of Gdańsk Tech AC "Kwadratowa", the Board of the Gdańsk Tech SSG and student organizations.
